Lead Attorney-at-law
Shuana-Kaye is an authentic light in the legal profession who effortlessly integrates her skills as an attorney-at-law, professional counsellor, and certified educator to empower, equip and collaborate with clients while meeting their legal needs. The former Head Girl of Campion College graduated from the University of the West Indies with First Class Honours in 2005 and from the Norman Manley Law School in 2007 on the Principal's Honour Roll and as Valedictorian. Her intellectual prowess is matched only by her humility, grace and empathy as she builds meaningful client relationships with professionalism, effective communication, diligence and determination.
Shuana-Kaye has over 15 years of experience as an attorney-at-law, having commenced her legal career as an Associate at Myers, Fletcher and Gordon in 2007. She has served the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Jamaica, for more than a decade in the capacity of Lecturer in the Law of Contract and Family Law as she continues to train and engage with the future members of the legal profession. Since 2011, she has served various organizations in different capacities and is the founder of the law firm Shuana-Kaye A. Smith & Associates.
